Grandview Gardens is a restored 1925 Mediterranean-revival villa with spacious tropical gardens, pool, 5 guest suites with private entrances and 2 luxury cottages. The B&B is located in historical Grandview Heights of downtown West Palm Beach, walking distance to many local attractions such as City Place, the revived area of downtown with restaurants, shops and entertainment such as the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.

This b&b was just lovely as were the hosts. Rick was very informative and helpful with tips for sightseeing and dining. And Jan made The best eggs benedict that I have had in a long time! A sophisticated, relaxing, quite enjoyable stay.

I needed a five night stay in West Palm Beach for business and expected to stay in a hotel, but my wife booked me in Grandview Gardens. Everything was outstanding, and I am convinced that my business days were more productive due to this bed and breakfast. Always courteous service and quality assistance with my unexpected business needs. I will return, whether it be for business or pleasure.

Wonderfully restored historic home with lush landscaping and private pool area. The innkeepers were incredibly attentive -- even bringing cold drinks to us as we lounged by the pool. The home is absolutely immaculate. Everything about our stay was fantastic.
