Grandview Gardens is a restored 1925 Mediterranean-revival villa with spacious tropical gardens, pool, 5 guest suites with private entrances and 2 luxury vacation homes. The B & B is located in historical Grandview Heights of downtown West Palm Beach, walking distance to many local attractions such as City Place, the revived area of downtown with restaurants, shops and entertainment such as the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. In addition to the B&B lodging, guests have the option to rent a separate vacation 2 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home. Both vacation homes are upscale, directly adjacent to the B & B with private pool.

From the South (Ft. Lauderdale or Miami Airports) or North on I-95, exit at Okeechobee Blvd and head east to downtown West Palm Beach. After about 2 miles you will cross over train tracks. Immediately after the train tracks turn right on to Parker Ave. Drive south about 600 yards and turn left on Park Place.
