Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast

I loved the place! The breakfast was just amazing. I was pleased from the moment I got there till i left. The owner and the assistant were very pleasent people and Helpful. I loved the layout, didn't even feel like were in West Palm Beach. I would and will be recommending that place to others. I can't wait to return and next time I will be making my stay there longer! :)

This b&b was just lovely as were the hosts. Rick was very informative and helpful with tips for sightseeing and dining. And Jan made The best eggs benedict that I have had in a long time! A sophisticated, relaxing, quite enjoyable stay.

I needed a five night stay in West Palm Beach for business and expected to stay in a hotel, but my wife booked me in Grandview Gardens. Everything was outstanding, and I am convinced that my business days were more productive due to this bed and breakfast. Always courteous service and quality assistance with my unexpected business needs. I will return, whether it be for business or pleasure.

We had an amazing stay here -- relaxing, beautiful, comfortable room, beautiful pool, scrumptious breakfast and unsurpassed hospitality -- A+!

Wonderfully restored historic home with lush landscaping and private pool area. The innkeepers were incredibly attentive -- even bringing cold drinks to us as we lounged by the pool. The home is absolutely immaculate. Everything about our stay was fantastic.

The tropical garden setting is lovely and meticulously maintained. The hosts are exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, served in private poolside alcoves.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and very well kept, and the bathroom was also large. Rick, Peter and Jan went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The transportation to and from the airport was a great bonus, since we did not rent a car during our stay. We used the Inn's bicycles to tour the area, and also found the Inn was within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping we could handle! This was a great experience, and we hope to return soon!

Rick & Peter were extremely accommodating! Always willing to help us out or give advice about the area. The B&B was fabulous. A perfect location close to the city, but secluded & very relaxing. Definitely stay here!

I felt well taken care of by Rick and Peter. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The House, gardens and rooms were perfection.

We found Rick and Peter's marvelous B&B by chance and wouldn't stay anywhere else in W. Palm Beach. It is a family-run place, with Rick's mom, always an owner, and now a host since she retired. They offer the beauty of the home and the warmth of the sercive that truly says mi casa es su casa.

Can not say enough about the innkeepers Rick & Peter. Extremely helpful with any & all questions/problems. Planning a return trip & will definitely tell friends about Gardenview Gardens!

It felt like you were in an other world! Everything was beautifully decorated! Peter was very helpful when it came to planning our itinerary. It was our first time to Palm Beach and staying at the Grandview was the best experience! I will return!

Guest rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful gardens and swimming pool. Hosts think of every detail. Breakfast on the poolside terrace was a dream. Will return again and again.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Grandview Gardens. This was our 1st trip to the area. Rick and Peter go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. They provide complimentary bicycles which we made good use of and loved all the bike trails. The house is beautiful and very welcoming with beautiful tropical landscaping. Rick's mom, Jan, was even adding some more flowers while we were there. Nice pool with comfortable chaise lounges. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean, nice and large with a large modern bathroom and private entrance and balcony. Rick is a tour guide, so we went on a sight seeing trip and learned quite a bit. He grew up in Palm Beach and is very knowledgeable about the area. My advise for anyone looking to stay here is...go ahead, book your room...you won't be disappointed! We loved it!

Peter and Rick have a truly wonderful retreat. I have been there several times and each time is better than the former. It is a true find. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

We were in a family vacation and touring Florida for almost a month. the grandview Gardens was the nicest B&B we stayed in. Beautiful rooms, a gorgeous garden and swimming pool and a super-friendly manager! We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful; we went there to relax, and it was perfect! Located in a residential neighborhood but close to everything. Our room, the grounds, and the main house were exactly as represented; and pleasant, clean, comfortable, and attractive. Also, our room was well equipped and had plenty of storage space. The owners were tremendously accommodating and helpful. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Grandview Gardens was wonderful! The rooms are spacious, light luxurious but not "over-stuffed" with nick nacks like so many B & Bs. We really liked having an outside private entrance to our room, which was from a beautiful courtyard where the pool is located. The location of the B & B is also ideal, walking distance to City Place. The breakfasts were great...we highly reccomend Grandview Gardens!

Rick and Peter live for that lovely place. As soon as you step through the door you regret that your stay here is going to have an end. It is not just the gorgeous house that makes you feel like in paradis. It are all the little details that will make your stay unforgetable. We were on our honeymoon there were fresh flowers and sparkling wine in our room. In addition both are well connected so they compiled loads of information about the things to do or there to eat. You can take a bike for a ride or have a swim in the pool. And DON'T MISS Peter's guided tour through the surrounding historic districts and Palm Beach. If you do miss it you haven't really been there!

This is a wonderful, quiet place tucked away in the heart of West Palm Beach. The owners/hosts were very attentive and helpful. The house has been tastefully restored and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet central location 2 minutes from downtown.

This being our first time at a bed and breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by my entire experience. I used this website to pick one out and found that the grandview was beautifully decorated. . .simple, but elegant. Once we got there, I realized the website didn't even compare to just how nice it really was. I definitely didn't feel as though I was even in downtown West Palm Beach. Peter was kind, courteous, helpful, sincere, and just plain wonderful. My husband and I just wanted to get away for our anniversary and the grandview gardens was it! We will be back for many more anniversaries and trips to "just get away from it all" :)

Each of the 5 guest rooms at Grandview Gardens has its own private entrance which ensures additional privacy. The hospitality at this delightful B&B is warm and welcoming, the decor is attractive, and the tropical gardens are lovely. I would love to visit this inn again.
