Casa De Rosa

Casa de Rosa was built in 1924 during the Florida land boom and is located in the heart of Old NORTHWOOD Historic district. Once neglected the home has undergone major renovations plus a large addition. The pool and gardens are exquisite and roses abound. We have designed the home for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. If you stay once we feel sure you will be back! Upper and lower verandas with 22 arches afford places to enjoy the spectacular view of the pool and gardens. We have a state of the art kitchen from which wonderful breakfasts are served daily.

      Cancellation Policy: Because we are a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations made up to two weeks prior to your arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within two weeks prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights.
