My husband and I recently spent two nights at this B&B and had a wonderful time. The B&B was built in the 20's and each room was decorated in the style of the period. The breakfasts were served promptly and offered a remarkable variety of tastes. The hosts were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. Loved their dog Luca.

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at Casa Coquina. It was a great place to stay. It is a 1920s era house located near Rte 1. The deck outside our room overlooked the Indian River and the Kennedy Space Center. We were lucky enough to be there for a launch. That was a very cool experience to watch the blast-off from the deck. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Ginny cooks up a delicious and generous breakfast each morning. Iced tea, lemonade and fresh cookies are available all day. And there is even an evening hospitality time with snacks, beer and wine. This is an outstanding place to stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I came to FL to visit my parents & was referred to the Casa by my sister & brother in law. We stayed 3 nights and loved the service from Dennis & Ginny. They take you in like family. We went to Daytona Speedway for the race which is only about 45 minutes from the Casa. It was nice that they don't increase their prices during speed week like all the other hotels in FL do. Would stay there again with out a doubt. Tim & Yvonne from MI.

My wife and I stayed here in preparation for boarding a cruise out of Port Canaveral, Feb 2015. We are thrilled to have found this wonderful Bed & Breakfast and we will be returning regularly. The owners, Ginny & Dennis are down to earth folks who sincerely worked to make us feel at home. I honestly can't imagine our staying anywhere else when we return. We really appreciated being treated like "family". The food and the accommodations were just wonderful! In short, we will be back!

What a great place to stay, after traveling Florida for two weeks, We were fortunate enough to stay at the Casa Coquina for a night, which turned into a second night, and then a third. we would have stayed longer but our Florida vacation ended. The rooms ( we stayed in 3 different ) were very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, I don't think the Owners Ginny and Dennis have any boundaries as to what they will do to please their guests. These are people who truly enjoy Taking care of other people. Their rates are very fair, which by the way comes with a home cooked breakfast by Ginny every morning, fresh fruit, coffee and home cooked pastries are a staple at this Bed and Breakfast. My wife and I will definitely be returning here, and recommend this B & B to anyone. Thanks again Ginny and Dennis for a great stay Kim and John Michigan

We stayed with our dog, and enjoyed it very much. (Our dog also felt at home.) Suite was clean, hospitality great, and breakfast and evening hospitality hour were excellent. Ginny and Dennis are very nice hosts, even welcoming our son and his family over to join us for the breakfasts and evening snacks/wine. We would certainly stay again on our next visit to Titusville.

My cousin and I recently stayed with Ginny and Dennis on our way to a cruise. I felt like part of the family after just a few minutes. We were treated so very well and as I said like part of their family. We were taken and picked up at the very door of the terminal and didn't have to wait - what a great way to get on the boat. We left our vehicle at the inn and had no worries of it being safe. When we arrived back we had a nice breakfast and a pot of coffee as we wanted to get off the boat asap. Thank you Ginny and Dennis for a wonderful visit - I hope to see you both again real soon. Linda and Kay - the north Florida family

My husband and I recently had the privilege of staying at Casa Coquina. We fell in love the moment we drove up! We were welcomed with a friendly smile. The inn was beautiful, classy and cozy inside and out! Our room was comfortable and decorated with a great deal of vision. The food was good enough to abandon our diet! The owners went out of their way to visit with us and make us feel like they really wanted us there! If we were fortunate enough to be innkeepers, they would be just the type we would emulate!!
