We are sorry this guest did not feel his stay was good value for money. Most of our guests agree we offer excellent value for money! We inform guests on our website, in our emails and on the telephone exactly what our deluxe continental breakfast consists of so they are not surprised, and usually very pleased. We are delighted this guest was satisfied with the room and the customer service as we feel all these things add up to great value for money. We do value all guest feedback and so will review our descriptions and try to make them even clearer.

Stayed one night and had a comfortable stay, but later discovered that I had been overcharged. When I complained, the overcharge was quickly corrected, but it was a bit disconcerting.

We apologize again for the $8 error. We did actually correct it BEFORE this guest pointed it out, as we discovered our mistake at the end of the day's receipts.
