Inn Shepard's Park Bed and Breakfast
Step back in time to an old key west style home with quaint, beautifully appointed rooms with cable tv, dvd players, Air Conditioning and everything you need, but didn't bring. Nestled in the Heart of The River Front Village. Historic downtown Stuart shops, restaurants and entertainment are all within a stones throw. Relax in our hammock or lounge on our wrap around porch and enjoy our view of Shepard's Park and Frazier Creek. Beaches, boating and fishing are all near by. Please note: Although we do have animals on property, they live and play within Innkeepers quarters "ONLY". Those with allergies need not worry! Animals are "NEVER" allowed in the guest area's of the Inn.

Policies

- Limited accommodations for guest pets (I have one pet friendly room when pet is crated)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A deposit for 50% of the cost of your stay is required to secure a reservation. A reservation is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received.)
- Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Deposits may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Balance is due upon arrival by any of the above.. Because of the limited availability of rooms, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. In the event that you must cancel, change dates, shorten your stay or make any change to your confirmed reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% booking charge, if 14 days notice is provided . If cancellation is made within two weeks of your arrival the deposit (less the bookkeeping charge) will be refunded only if the room is re-rented for the entire length of your intended stay. - Accepted by the following agencies:
