Breakfast is served buffet-style in our dining room and includes: two hot homemade entrees, freshly baked pastries and breads, fresh fruit, Barnie's Coffee and assorted teas, fresh juices, granola, cereals, yogurt, and a full serving of Inn hospitality. Breakfast is served 7:30-10:00am. Guests may enjoy breakfast in the Inn's dining room, in your own guest room, on a balcony, or in our courtyard.

Miss Emily's Room, located in our Wilson House, is a cheerful and romantic room located on the second floor. This room features a queen-sized brass bed, a full bath with a 2-person whirlpool tub and shower, and a private deck overlooking the natural setting behind the house. The Wilson Suite, in our Wilson House, is a charming two-room suite on the second floor. It features a king-sized bed, a full bath with a 2-person whirlpool tub and shower, a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, and access to the porch overlooking St. George Street. This room has access to a private shared kitchen.
The Garcia Suite is one of our most spacious offerings. This two-room third floor suite with a kitchenette, two-person whirlpool tub, and lovely views of St. Francis Park is popular with guests who enjoy a king-sized bed and a separate sitting room. The lovely two-room combination with a sleeper sofa makes this suite ideal for parties of two to four people.
The Courtyard Room offers a private entrance off the courtyard into a cozy room with a comfortable double bed, fireplace*, and an old-style bathroom with a bear-claw footed bathtub, and, of course, a shower. * Our Symphony Electra Flame Fireplaces are safe clean electric fireplaces which provide cozy ambiance all year long.

Located in the restored historic district of the nation's oldest city, the St. Francis Inn Bed & Breakfast is rich in Old World charm and modern comforts. The Inn has a swimming pool and provides complimentary bicycles for touring historic downtown Saint Augustine. Everything is within easy walking distance! Each room or suite at St. Francis Inn is unique, but all of our rooms have private baths, antiques or reproduction furniture, central heat and air-conditioning, and flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Several have fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, balconies, and mini-refrigerators. Our suites have queen-sized sleeper sofas in the sitting rooms. Our Cottage has two bedrooms and is ideal for a family or for two couples.

Neat decor, friendly staff who were always there to help. Delicious desserts and breakfast. Enjoyed the social hours as a time to rest and share the days activities with others. Nice to have a place to dress at the beach house and get beach equipment for the day. Would not change a thing and would highly recommend to any one looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay just a walk from George street happenings.

My Mom (from Yakima WA) and I (from Columbia SC) came after spending the day on the set for Antiques Roadshow in Jacksonville.The hospitality team is guest focused for every need, right down to the smallest details. When making our reservation we requested no fresh flowers or scents and this small request was remembered. Travis met us as the Innkeeper of the day, and was informative and helpful, even carrying our suite case from across the street and up to the 2nd floor! Everyone else was very friendly and gracious. The accommodations were comfortable and charming. We loved the Elizabeth Suite. It was very spacious with nice access to the courtyard balcony. With a little extra cushion, even the sleeper bed was comfortable. We like that is was a green hotel that recycled not only our trash, but also the toiletries. There was nothing fussy about the place, but our service was superb and the accommodations top notch- a nice blend of antiques and comfortable furniture. The culinary services were delicious, we appreciated the variety at breakfast, enjoyed the evening cocktail hour and spreads and the sweet treat of homemade dessert in the evening was the perfect way to end a day of sightseeing. The latte of the day was a special treat as well. It was nice to buy discounted trolley tix right at the Inn, and the #16 stop was right around the corner. The orange and green trolley offers a great way to get the lay of the city and help determine which sites you want to go see. We plan to return with more friends, and even take advantage of the city amenities as well as the St Francis Inn Beach house. We loved spending the day at the Lightner Museum; highly recommend the Cafe Alcazar, Flagler College and the Oldest House Tour. Head on up to Jacksonville and visit the Cummer Museum for extraordinary art and gardens. The other guests were very friendly and we enjoyed conversation. Our appraisal is 5 five stars! DLD and DAD

Cancellations: Because we are a small lodging facility, we have a strict cancellation policy, which is very similar to most Bed and Breakfasts. It is our intent to be fair to our guests, but also to operate in a business like manner: * If you cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, there is a $50 cancellation fee which can be applied (for up to one year) to your next reservation. * If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days for holidays and special events), we will provide you with a Gift Certificate (good for one year) for an amount equal to the first night's lodging tariff.

A great place to relax, meet new people and enjoy the great amenities. All their food is excellent! Cocktail hour, enjoyable! Nice pool to relax by! Most of all the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We visit the inn 2-3 times a year.

Step back in time and enjoy your stay at the St. Francis Inn, located in a residential section of St. Augustine, but only a short walking distance to the fine eateries, shops and historical sights of interest. This historical inn offers a variety of comfortable accommodations. The Inn's gracious owners and staff will insure a pleasurable stay. Especially noteworthy are the gourmet buffet breakfasts and late afternoon cocktail hour(beer and wine and appetizers) and evening desserts. A beautiful garden/patio area and lap pool and a off street private parking lot only add to the comfort of your stay

The staff at the St Francis were very attentive and whatever we asked for they were more than eager to comply. We had a great stay in St Augustine and I don't think we would have found a more relaxing and inclusive hotel or inn than the St Francis.
