    Case de Suenos means "House of Dreams". Staying in this beautiful Inn is like a dream come true. Casa de Suenos is a beautiful turn-of-the-century Mediterranean Inn, located on the romantic Carriage Route of Historic St. Augustine. Choose from five lovely air-conditioned rooms and surround yourself with eclectic furnishings and elegant decor. Each room has cable TV, VCR, CD players Ceiling fans, and special touches such as comfy robes, and decanters of sherry. All rooms have private baths with showers and three have whirlpool(jacuzzi)tubs for two. The whirlpool rooms also have private outside balconies. The Inn is ramp accessible, and free off-street parking is provided. Sumptuous breakfasts are served in the lovely baywindowed dining room. Minimum stay NOT required. Your Innkeeper, Kathleen Hurley extends a warm invitation to you to enjoy the charm of Casa de Suenos.....where dreams come true.

    Spanish Splendor

    We were so lucky to find this fabulous B & B. Decor was divine. Beds comfortable. Food was great. The best thing was the wonderful owner who should give lessons on how to be a great hostess!

    My wife and I just spent our 25 wedding anniversary at the Casa de Suenos and couldn't have been any happier with our choice . Kathleen was very considerate of our needs... both for privacy and information of the town and dining areas/local attractions. Kathleen was highly recommended by a couple from our church but we decided we would investigate other b&b's and hotels...we always kept coming back to Casa de Suenos ...glad we did. Breakfast was second to none...thanks Kathleen for the wonder time...

    Too short a stay!

    My girlfriend and I had the joy of visiting with Kathleen for a single night in August 2012. The Casa de Suenos was so inviting and comfortable it challenged the local attractions for our attention. Our room (The Castillo) was comfortable and clean, the breakfast served was excellent, and Kathleen's hospitality was second to none. The local shops and restaurants were a few minutes walk away. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer! Thank you for a remarkable experience!

    Castillo

    This happy and whimsical second floor room offers a black wrought iron canopy queen bed. The decor is black and white with splashes of bright colors. Relax or read a book in the overstuffed chintz chair and ottoman. The bath has a fabulous triple sized glassed in shower.

    Nieves

    A queen sized iron and wicker canopy bed welcomes you to rest in this first floor room with a Nantucket flair. The decor is a soft yellow with hints of paprika sprinkled throughout. The bath has a triple sized roll in shower for easy access. You may enter from the private outside ramp or from our West Sunroom. This lovely room is truly accessible, meeting ADA requirements.

    Sevilla

    This beautiful blue and white Chinese porcelain inspired room has a private outside Balcony. Enjoy the morning sunrise or spend some relaxing time under the stars. The luxurious bath has a corner whirlpool tub for two under a sparkling chandelier, as well as a shower.

    Valencia

    Possibly the most dramatic room in the Inn with a decor that is reminiscent of Hemmingway's Key West days. Loose yourself in a bed of deep purple with animal print accents. French doors lead you from the bedroom to a suite of lavish baths with double size whirlpool tub, shower, two sink areas and a small fridge.This rooms has its own private balcony which is grand in size and offers spectacular views of the Ancient City.

    Old world charm abounds in this romantic suite. An elegant queen size sculpted bed adds to the ambiance. The color scheme is rich and luxurious with shades of espresso and accents of seafoam blue. Step up into the whirlpool suite with crystal chandelier and separate shower. A pair of sinks adds convenience. A perfect getaway for a special occasion. A beautiful private outside balconly overlooks Cordova Street, the romantic horse drawn carriage route.

    FANTASTIC !!!

    Our recent stay was was very nice and no detail was spared to make us comfortable. Kathleen (owner) greets you by name, makes you feel welcome as she gives you a tour of the home and if your a detail person, you'll quickly pick up on them. Breakfast was outstanding, bed was great and we had a very relaxing night. Our only regret was we didn't stay more then one night. Thanks very much Kathleen....we had a great stay. We'll see you again ASAP... David & Michelle

    No 2 night minimum

    We only had one night for our little "getaway" due to work so it was very challenging to find a place w/out a 2 night minimum. I checked EVERY B&B in St. Augustine & Casa de Suenos was the only one that did not require a 2 night minimum! Kathleen was so helpful & I loved her attention to detail, from the way the house was decorated right down to the heavenly sheets on the comfy bed!! We will definetley be back!! Thank you Kathleen for making our short stay so memorable.

    We stayed her on our 22nd last year and again on our 23rd Anniversary! WE love the warm and comfortable atmosphere and the location is convenient to everything in St. Auggie!! :0) I highly recommend this B&B! Also breakfast is always amazing,too!

    Our stay at Casa de Suenos was outstanding. Kathleen is the perfect hostess, and made sure that we were well fed, and happy. We stayed in the Castillo room and it was comfy, and clean. We loved the decanter of sherry Kathleen has in the room, enjoyed the early evening social hour, and yummy breakfast of Peach Stuffed French Toast. Excellent location in old St. Augustine. It's within walking distance to just about anything you want to see, and do. I highly recommend Casa de Suenos!
