State Road 16 - Exit 318 (formerly exit 95)
Go east on State Rd. 16 to U.S. 1 and turn right (south). Follow U.S. 1 south to State Road 312 east and turn left. Follow State Road 312 east approximately 4 miles straight ahead to F Street and turn left. Beachfront Bed and Breakfast is on the end of the street on the right.

State Road 206-Exit 305 (formerly exit 93).
Turn east on State Road 206 and follow until it ends at State Road A1A. Turn left onto A1A north and go approximately 5 miles to “St. Augustine Beach” signs where you will turn right onto A1A Beach Blvd (sometimes shown as “business A1A”). There is a retail store called “Wings” where you turn right. Proceed about 1-1/2 miles to F Street and turn right. I-95 south to State Rd. 16(exit 318) turn left onto State Road 16 to U.S. 1, turn right on U.S. 1 to State Road 312. Turn left on State Road 312 and follow (no turns) to the beach. We are located 1 mile past the beach pier on the left. Turn left on F street and we are ahead 1/2 block on right.

When we receive your reservation, we turn away others for that room and those dates; please cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged for the entire stay as reserved.
