    The southern charm of this plantation-style bed & breakfast will carry you away to peace and the quiteness of country living. We offer five beautifully decorated and themed rooms. Tampa and Orlando attractions, such as Busch Gardens, Disney, and Universal Studios, are located within 25-45 minutes. Innkeepers, Dave & Sherry Orcutt, have created an atmosphere of relaxation and invite you to get away from life's stresses by coming to stay with us. Swim in our over-sized pool, relax in one of our hammocks, play games on our lanai, or walk the grounds on this beautiful six-acre property. Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine is available.

    • Deposit amount required: Your reservation will be held with a 50 percent deposit, taken at time of reservation. Remainder is due at arrival.

    • Cancellations: There is a $25 fee per room for all cancellations. If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of stay, your deposit (minus $25 fee) will only be refunded if we are able to resell your room. No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay.

      Follow signs from airport for SR-60. Take the SR-60 ramp toward I-275 / DOWNTOWN. Merge onto N. Memorial Hwy/FL-60 E. Merge onto I-275 N toward I-4. Merge onto I-4 East via Exit 45B toward Orlando. Take the Branch Forbes Road exit- Exit 17. Turn left onto Branch Forbes Road. Go 0.8 Miles and turn right onto Thonotosassa Road. The Lifestyle Center is 0.5 Miles on your left. You will pass the Branch Ranch Restaurant. This is the second to the last driveway before Cork Road. If you reach Cork Road you have gone too far. The driveway is a long private driveway. The Lifestyle Center is at the end of the driveway.
