~~From I-95 ~ take Route 44 West from New Smyrna or Route 46 West thru Sanford into Mt Dora;
~~From Southwest FL via I-75 to Rt 50, then east to Rt 19 at Groveland, or Take I-4 East to Polk City (MapQuest or your GPS w/send you into Orlando-way out of your way) In Polk City Take Route 33 North to Groveland, Take Route 19 North to “Old” US 441 in Tavares. Go East on “Old” US 441 approx 5 miles to my door.
~~From West and Northwest FL ~ I-75/FL Turnpike to Rt 44 to Wildwood / Leesburg, then South on US 441 ~ in Tavares take Old US Hwy 441 into Mt Dora.

- Deposit amount required (One night's lodging or 50% of total lodging for advance reservation)
- Check in time is 3 - 6 pm and Check out time is by 11 am
- Cancellations:
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, with reasonable notice we prefer to reschedule your visit to a more convenient date, however, deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. A cancellation fee equal to 25% of your deposit will be deducted from all refunds and cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel within these 15 days and your room is not re-rented, the full amount will be charged to you. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Margie and Randy (fm Chicago) have spent most of their lives in Florida enjoying Boating, Travel, Antiquing, Real Estate, Vintage Cars and our pets (who do not mingle w/guests unless invited). We owned/operated Heron Cay Intracoastal B&B in Jupiter until 2002 before buying Darst's Victorian Manor & moving to Mount Dora. - The innkeepers speak: English
