If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservations, please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. (See below for festival and holiday cancellations). Please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservations. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within seven days, your reservation will be charged for a single night or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater. The full reservation will be charged for no notice of cancellation. Early departures will be charged for the full stay. Festival and Holiday cancellations require a notice of fourteen days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel within the 14 days, your reservation will be charged for the full stay unless the room can be rebooked.

    Grandview breakfasts may be shared with other guests in the breakfast room or in our dining room. Every breakfast includes an individual bowl of fresh cut fruits, coffee, tea, and various juices. Our breakfasts change daily based on the freshest ingredients but examples would include Eggs Benedict, Carmel Pecan French Toast, Fresh Blueberry Pancakes, and various quiches and stratas. Side dishes of potatoes, eggs, fresh baked biscuits or cinimon rolls complete our breakfasts.
