Follow signs to I-95 South. Travel to 10th Avenue North (Exit 64). Travel East (left) on 10th Avenue. Turn Right (south) onto Route 1/Dixie Highway. Turn Left (East) onto Lake Avenue (stay in left lane). Take Lake Avenue to Golfview Road (directly before Intracoastal bridge). Turn LEFT onto Golfview Road. Look for the Sabal Palm House (109) a block and half over on the on the left (between Lucerne and 2nd Avenue North).
Scenic Route: On I-95 South Exit Southern Blvd (Exit 68). Go east (left) onto Southern Blvd and over Intracoastal Bridge. Turn right onto A1A South, travel 4.2 miles and just past the Four Seasons Resort turn right at Lake Avenue-SR802 at traffic light. Go over bridge, make first right turn onto Golfview Road. Turn left, go 7.1 miles, turn left at SR802/Traffic Light. Go over bridge and make first right onto Golfview Road.

Both originally from NYC, Colleen, an NYU grad, worked as an Int'l Equity Trader and now prepares morning muffins and afternoon tea along with her home-baked delights. John graduated from St. John's University and Capital Law School in Columbus, OH, worked as a NY Personal Injury Attorney, and now prepares a delicious gourmet breakfast every morning. “We tell guests that this is the only place you can be served by an attorney and enjoy it." - The innkeepers speak: English
