My wife and I stayed there in May 2010 for our 24th anniversary, we arrived late on a Saturday, the B&B staff stayed an hour late, to make time to get us properly settled in (vs. leaving a key in an envelope at the office desk), the owner also made special secure storage arrangements for my jet ski I towed down from NC. The house is in a perfect location, just a couple blocks off Duval street. Walking distance to everything.. It’s one of the few B&Bs in the area with real off-street parking. The room, the staff, owner, and hospitality were exceptional. We spent 8 days there, some days out on the waters around Key West and Ballast Key with the jet ski, others walking Duval Street, or staying around the Conch House pool resting We will stay there again.. loved it..

We stayed over Labor Day Weekend and had a wonderful stay. The coffee is the BEST. The service is over the top. Ask for wint to be in our room for our anniversary and it was there....a must stay. While the other inns had vacancy they had none for a reason...

My husband and I just returned from Key West and the Conch House Bed and Breakfast is second to NONE. The rooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. Not a spec of dirt or dust anywhere!! Amy and Carol are great!! The continental breakfast was wonderful with the freshest of fruit around. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay in Key West. Just a short walk from Duval Street. Everything was WONDERFUL!!!

    Would recomend it for anyone

My wife and I just spent 3 nights in Key West at the Conch House and could not have been more satisfied. We were traveling during low season and did not bother booking anything until the day we arrived into town. Carol at the Conch house gave us the Marquesa room for 2 nights for less than their advertised rates. The room has a balcony overlooking the pool and is more modern in its appearance than the main house. The AC kept us very comfortable and we found Duval a very easy walk (just a few blocks) from the B&B. The room was better than we expected for the money. We were having so much fun we decided to stay an extra night. Our room was already booked so the staff set us up in the Havana room for the same per night price as the Marquesa. That was a gorgeous room! The breakfasts were great- home made banana bread, cereals, fresh cut fruit, fresh orange juice, boiled eggs, etc. We will definitely stay again when in Key West.
