A lovely place with an excellent staff. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Although there was some noise from bring located on Duval Street, once you were in your room with the AC running, you didn't even notice it.

Barbara was very helpful with giving us information. Nice quiet room at the back, the ac was a little noisy but turned it off and opened windows instead.Near to the sightseeing shuttle tour stop. The breakfast was good with a nice variety and coffecake that was divine. Found a lovely italian restaurant diagonally across the street in a shopping plaza for an evening meal of a choice of seafood, fresh pasta and delicious appetizer of fried artichokes. A good location to walk different direction.

My husband and I stayed for one night at Duval Gardens. The room was clean, had charming décor, and felt tropical. The staff went above and beyond in respect to service. The breakfast was good. Christmas decorations were wonderful. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great facility. Really enjoyed location slightly away from the chaos but close enough to walk everywhere. Loved waking up and eating on the front porch. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was extremely helpful figuring out point of interest for our trip. Would stay there again if we return!

Great place to stay as it is on the quite end of Duval Street. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety. Lynn at the front desk was excellent as she took time to give suggestions on where to eat, made phone calls for us and marked places on the walking map. Lynn you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love this little B&B! Very cute and quaint. Located toward the quiet end of Duval, which is nice break when you've had your fill of the bars and the hustle and bustle up the street. Enjoyed relaxing out on the 2nd floor porch and watching Key West go by. Our room had a small sitting area, which was nice. Parking on site is limited. Space is small, but we managed to fit our Mountaineer. As we walked the area nearby it appeared that finding parking on the street would not be difficult to find if we needed it. Christine is super sweet. We were there during Halloween and Christine took pictures for us in our costumes. We have plans to stay here again and can't wait to go back!
Located towards the rear of the house ground floor. This room accommodates up to 4 people. 2 Queen size beds, Newly remodeled Marble bathroom, mini refrigerator and microwave. TV, Telephone. Wireless Internet.
Nightly Rate: $129 - $289
