    • Cancellations: Receive a refund of your security deposit, less a $25 cancllation fee, if cancellation is received in writing or by email more than 7 days prior to your arrival date. The security deposit, used to hold your reservation is forfeit if the cancellation is received 7 (or less) days prior to your scheduled arrival.       After going over the Stock Island Bridge, make a sharp right turn off US-1 to onto N. Roosevelt Blvd for 2.5 miles when N Roosevelt Blvd becomes Truman Avenue. Continue about 1 mile to DUVAL STREET. Make a right onto Duval Street, going 1-1/4 blocks thru the blinking yellow traffic light of Olivia St, and make a right turn into the first driveway (next to the CAT'S SCRATCH SPA).

      All available Taxis will know where the Duval House is. If you rent a vehicle however, exit the Airport, making a left turn onto S. Roosevelt Blvd, which after about 1 mile will become N. Roosevelt Blvd. Go 2.5 miles when N Roosevelt Blvd becomes Truman Avenue. Continue about 1 mile to DUVAL STREET.
