Authors Guesthouse is a private compound of historic Conch style houses, suites and rooms, dedicated to authors who called Key West home. All rooms are air conditioned with private baths, cable television,telephones and refrigerators. Authors is located in the historic Old Town district of Key West, close to all activities. Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date (30 days for Holidays and Special Events) forfeit the entire deposit. There is no refund for shortened stays or early departures. Room numbers for specific rooms can not be guaranteed. "No Shows" will have the remainder of the reservation canceled after the first night.
