St Johns House B&B
St. Johns House is located in the heart of a National Historic District, one block off the St. Johns River. Designed for a leisurely lifestyle, its large rooms, porches, and comfortable furnishings reflect the elegance of its 1914 origin.
Beyond the house, quiet, tree-lined streets give way to city parks, unique shopping areas, and antique and art galleries. It is a short ride to the downtown commercial district, sports complex, and the Convention Center.

Less than 1 mile from Convergence of I-10 & I-95. Heading SOUTH on I-95 or EAST on I-10, take the Stockton St. exit and turn south (left). Go ten blocks to Riverside Ave., then left again. Go one block and turn right on Osceola St. We're the third house on the right.
Heading NORTH on I-95, exit onto Park St. just after crossing the St. Johns River. Turn left, go three blocks to five-points intersection, bear left (Wendy's will be on your right), then three blocks to Riverside Ave. Turn right, go three more blocks to Osceola St., and turn left. Policies

- Limitations on children staying (Allowed with responsible parents. We do not have cribs etc.)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (First night's stay or 1/2 of total, whichever is greater, is required to hold a room.)
- Closed: we are closed March and June - October
- Check in time is 4:00 and Check out time is before 11:00

For special events and holidays, a reservation must be cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival date. At other times, 72 hour notice is required.
