Lovely room

3.2 on August 25, 2014

Great location near Cummer Museum, pretty rooms and lovely B & B.

Short but Sweet

4.8 on August 10, 2014

We were only there one night so the stay was short but sweet. I had reserved a room with twin beds but when I looked at the photo ahead of time, it only showed one bed. When I asked about this discrepancy, Bob moved us to another room with two beds, so I appreciated the way he handled it even though it was not his fault. The Riverdale Inn is located in a very nice neighborhood with restaurants nearby and close to the river. The Inn is old but very well preserved and the room are charming. Service was excellent and breakfast was good. We would recommend this Inn highly.

Quaint and charming B&B

4.8 on August 08, 2014

This was our first stay in a B&B and wow!!!, it was fantastic. Your innkeepers, Bob and Linda, were wonderful, they make you feel so welcomed. Bob will offer up some history of the building while serving you a drink and Linda is up early with a good cup of coffee and breakfast. Our room was so quaint, comfortable bed, very clean room. Updated bathroom with plenty of hot water. Great location, near old Jacksonville downtown area. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and just good old site seeing. Looking forward to my next stay.

Great Place!

We stayed in the Shadowlawn room and enjoyed our entire experience. The owners were warm and friendly and more than willing to help us with any and everything. Our room was clean, roomy and very attractive. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice weekend

3.8 on July 23, 2014

The Tub and shower should have a safety bar on the side wall for easy entry. Not just the thin plastic bar low on the inter wall. This is the 1st B and B that that we have visited that did not have tea and or coffee available during the day. There was a coffee .pot on a shelf in the room but nothing provided for its use.. The Inn is in a very good location making it easy to visit the museum and other local places. The bed and pillows were excellent . Unit 10 is a very easy unit for people that have problems with stairs as we parked just outside the door to the unit.

Beautiful and Romantic B&B

4.4 on June 03, 2014

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night and it was so romantic and lovely! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and had an incredible bathroom with a 2-person jacuzzi tub. It is also just one block from the beautiful Memorial Park and river and just walking distance from the shops and restaurants in historic 5-Points. We loved everything about our stay!!

Excellent B & B

Ourr stay in Riverdale Inn

5 on May 26, 2014

The inn is located near interesting shopping by walking to 5 points and a lovely park on the St. Johns River. The room was lovely with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff was most accommodating and made provisions for us to have tea when returned after 10:00 P.M. Breakfast was tasty. We will definitely return.

Best Place to stay in Jacksonville - this liitle enclave knows what southern hospitality really means

5 on May 19, 2014

Riverdale Inn provides clean and comfort all wrapped up with a large helping of Southern hospitality - the beds are cozy and xomfortable in all of the rooms and I think I have actually stayed in all of them since I started staying there in 2010. I have to travel to jacksonville for business very often and would not stay any where else
