Enter a bygone era from "old Florida" when times were slower and hospitality more gracious. Find tall ceilings, heart pine floors, fireplaces, wide porches, transoms over the doors and antiques from that bygone era. Each spacious guest room is uniquely decorated in a special theme with antique decor yet each has the conveniences required for a comfortable stay; a ceiling fan, wireless internet access, private bath, private phone, cable TV, iron/board and hairdryer. Complimentary refreshments are available and a full hot delicious breakfast is served daily. Common areas include the parlor, dining room, secret garden, balcony and main porch with rockers and swing. Maps for self guided walking tours of Historic Green Cove Springs are provided. Within walking distance are restaurants, an art gallery, book store, historic railroad/historical museum, pottery shop, and river front park with a playground, fishing pier, boat slips, natural mineral spring and swimming pool. Open free to the public in the park is the Parade of Trees from early December until early January as featured in Southern Living Magazine November 2008 Florida Living. From the North, exit I-295 at Exit 10 on Hwy 17 and travel south 15 miles to Green Cove Springs. From the South, exit I-95 at Exit 318 and travel 19 miles west on SR 16 to Hwy 17 and then north into the city. Once in Green Cove Springs, turn east towards the St. Johns River on Spring Street and travel just one block to the Inn, located at the corner of Spring Street and Magnolia Avenue - Nearest major airport: Jacksonville, FL (JAX) 40 miles

Travel south on the I-295 loop from I-95 south around Jacksonville and get off at Exit 10. At the foot of the exit ramp turn right and travel south on Hwy 17; 15 miles to Green Cove Springs. Once in Green Cove Springs, still on Hwy 17, turn left on Spring Street and travel just one block to the Inn, located at the corner of Spring Street and Magnolia Avenue. - Meeting places:

Policies - Minimum stay required (2 night minimum stay on weekends)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking is allowed only in designated outside porch areas)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Children 2 and up are welcome with adult supervision.)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Responsible alcohol consumption by those of legal age.)
- Deposit amount required (Reservations may be secured with a valid Credit Card or personal check for 50% of the total.)
- Check in time is 4 - 6 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
For weekends and holiday periods a two week cancellation notice required for full refund, cancellations within two weeks will result in a minimum cancellation fee of $25. A one week cancellation notice is sufficient for weekday reservations. We cannot make refunds for last-minute cancellations, and credit cards will be charged an amount equal to the number of nights reserved. We regret that we must enforce our policy of no refunds for failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation, or if departure occurs prior to the last date of the reservation. - Accepted by the following agencies:
