Thick and Succlent Salmon filet served over rice and topped with an authentic Picatta Sauce made from Fresh Creamery Butter, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice & a hint of White Wine accented with delicately flavorful Capers and fresh Tomatoe pieces.
This is one of several dishes available in our Tropical Breeze Cafe which is open Saturday evenings, by advanced reservation only.
Cafe offers a 5 course, fine dining experience in a romantic setting w/ an eclectic wine list and exotic coffees from around the world! ***Inn Guests who reserve dinner along w/ their Villa reservation pay only $55 pp (Published rate - $65 pp)
