The Addison on Amelia is a tranquil 14-room boutique inn seamlessly blending the elegance of a bygone era with the modern amenities and conveniences the discriminating traveler expects. The inn is comprised of three antebellum style houses built around the perimeter of the property to enclose an enchanting courtyard. Private, semi-private and public porches overlooking Ash Street or our soothing fountain courtyard provide guests with a place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, al fresco dining or simply relaxing amid the oasis of calm.

    • Deposit amount required (First night room charge is required to reserve the room.)
    • Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
    • Cancellations:
      If a reservation is cancelled at least 14 days from arrival then the deposit, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival then the deposit will be held for use in a future reservation. Consideration will be made if the room can be re-rented.

    The entrance offers a glimpse into the enchanting courtyard with it's fountain and veranda dining area.Private, semi-private and public porches overlooking Ash Street or our soothing fountain courtyard provide guests with a place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, al fresco dining or simply relaxing amid the oasis of calm.
    The Addison's happy hours offer a venue for sharing your Amelia Island adventures with the other guests.  Join us daily for refreshments.The front parlor is a great place to relax, do some reading or meet with your friends.
    Room4 boasts soaring ceilings, king sized bed and a decorative fireplace.Room 3 is the best room in the house.  It is a bright corner room with a king sized bed and a private deck overlooking the Victorian homes of Ash Street.  The bath has a soaking tub and a separate shower.
    Room 14 has a queen sized bed and a private second floor balcony overlooking the historic neighborhood.  The bathroom has a jetted tub.
