The Eastwood Terrace Inn extends a pleasurable invitation to surround yourself in the atmosphere of times past. Experience the magic of 1925 relaxing in the gracious guest rooms or elegant suites, each with private bath. Originally built and operated as The Eastwood Terrace Hotel until 1975, the three-story building now houses a restaurant and several shops in addition to the bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8-11 am downstairs on the delightful terrace or in the beautifully decorated dining room of The Palms Restaurant. Afterwards, spend leisure time playing cards or board games. Stroll the promenade, hide away on one of the two front porches warmly filled with plants and rocking chairs or venture a few short blocks to DeLand's historic downtown district for shopping and special events.

A feeling of peace and contentment envelops you as you walk in to this quaint old building. Everything from the very comfortable beds to the meticulous cleanliness of the place and especially to the kindliness and attentiveness of the innkeepers invites you to stop, relax and enjoy. We cannot imagine going anywhere else when our travels take us to the Deland area.

We stayed there while we were getting our daughter moved into the area. Our room was beautiful! The breakfast area was comfortable and quaint. We were treated like family! We will definetly stay there during our future visits to Deland!

Eastwood Terrace Inn, thanks to Innkeeper, Lynn Jacoby, is clean, fresh smelling, and well appointed. Most of the themed rooms have claw footed soaking tubs, Italian linens and air purifiers. Nearby historic Deland and Stetson University are within walking distance as are numerous restaurants. My stay has been restful and pleasant and I would recommend this B & B to anyone looking for a gracious stay in a vintage setting.

My last stay at the Eastwood was more than two years ago, but I ran across here trying to recommend this facility to someone and had to write a review! This is the place to go when you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere while in DeLand!
