We are a non-smoking private home B&B with a private entrance to your room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, provided for your convenience. You may book the room with or without breakfast. If you choose breakfast a continental breakfast served in the dining room or patio or your room. A fruit basket is provided to refresh you when you arrive. Wireless for your convenience. Walking distance to Vizcaya Gardens/Museum. Stroll to fabulous downtown Coconut Grove where you will find fabulous dining and shopping. Biscayne Bay just a few feet away. Only a few short miles to Key Biscayne Beaches and Seaquarium. About 7 miles to Miami Beach and Parrot Jungle. Calle Ocho with many Latin restaurants is about 3 miles.

We engaged the room without breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious fruit platter upon our arrival. All of our requests were promptly attended to, and the hostess Catherine was pleasant and friendly. The room was comfortable and well supplied. We certainly hope to stay at Pearson House again when we visit South Miami/Coconut Grove.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet this private home had to offer-- as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a hotel-- accomodations just as nice... a very "homey" atmosphere and much more reasonable than any hotel in the area-- conveniently close to everything and innkeeper very hospitable! We stayed 5 nights and would do it again in a heartbeat!
