Cedar Key Bed & Breakfast
The historic Cedar Key Bed & Breakfast was built in 1880 by the Eagle Pencil Company. This Victorian B&B is situated on the west side of the historic island of Cedar Key, FL in the Gulf of Mexico. We offer (7) centrally air-conditioned and heated rooms and (2) suites, all with private baths and all unique. A full sumptuous breakfast is served each morning complete with an extensive selection of fine teas, juices and of course an inexhaustible stream of fresh coffee. Our private yard offers butterfly gardens, awesome centuries old Live Oak trees and a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico. Come capture the gulf breezes and celebrate the unique Cedar Key sunset from your rocking chair on our veranda overlooking the gulf. Stay with us and create beautiful memories in this forgotten village by the sea.

In addition to our 7 rooms we offer 2 suites. The Treehouse suite(situated on the B&B property)features a spectacular view of our 400 year old live oak. It sleeps (2)in a Queen bed. Other features include: Full Kitchen,dining area,bathroom with shower, cable TV/DVD/CD. Our Sunrise Suite (located 1 mile from the B&B)is situated directly on the water with an awesome Eastern view of the gulf of Mexico. It sleeps 4 in (2)(king and queen beds) rooms. Other features include: Florida room with panaramic view of the gulf, full kitchen, dining area, living room, Direct TV/DVD/CD. Both Suites include full breakfast.

Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 nights on weekends 3 nights during special events)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (smoking is allowed on grounds but not indoors)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Accommodations are not suitable for children
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (We can provide wine or champagne)
- Deposit amount required (a 50% deposit is required for multi-day stayovers. A full deposit is required for (1) night stays)
- Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 9am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations: The deposit is refundable (minus a $50.00 service fee) if at least 7 days (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) notice is given. Should a cancellation of any portion of your stay be necessary prior to 7 days (14) days for stays of 3 nights or greater) of arrival, a $50.00 service fee will be charged. For cancellations with less than 7 days notice (or less than 14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) the cancelling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented. - Accepted by the following agencies:
