    • Cancellations: We have a minimum 48hr cancellation policy. Any cancellation after to 3pm the second day prior to arrival will result in a charge for the first night stay at the single night rate. For holiday weekends (3 day weekends) this cancellation policy extends to 7 days. For the Seafood Festival, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year, the first night is non-refundable.
