This is a wonderful B&B conveniently located within walking distance of The Lightner Museum and Flagler College (also Claude's Chocolates). The little trolley cars pick up nearby for anywhere you might want to go to see the sights. Marie, David and Betty are very helpful and made our stay excellent. The breakfasts were delicious and they had no problem accommodating food preferences. I cannot say enough nice things about The Penny Farthing ... I want to go back, right now.

Great staff. Breakfast was good. My wife loved the tea. Room stayed a little warm and air conditioner was loud. But it was not intolerable by any means. Close to everything in the historic distric.

We stayed at the Penny Farthing Inn for our honeymoon night. The owners were very accommodating with helping us to get things ready earlier in the day. The homemade breakfast was wonderful and we were able to enjoy it on the balcony. We liked the decor and the ambiance of the room, lobby, and outdoor areas. It was a romantic place to stay. If you are looking for a place with friendly, helpful staff, lovely antique decorations, and a tasty breakfast, this is a good choice.

The Penny Farthing is a charming respite on a quiet, tree covered street. It was immaculately clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the breakfasts were wonderful. It is very conveniently located near the major St. Augustine points of interest. We stayed in The Catherine Bedchamber and the king-sized bed was plush and comfortable. It was set up a little differently than the photo on the web site and included a settee. Our only negative is that it was somewhat lacking in sufficient counter space for cosmetics, medications, etc.. However, we would definitely stay there again should we return to St. Augustine.
