Comfortable rooms with kitchenettes, dish TV, private baths, balcony and plenty of on site parking. Just north of the city gates where Angels watch over us.

I love staying at Ancient City Inn. The Innkeepers, Will and Carri are very friendly, helpful and wonderful hosts. The rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and the Inn is within walking distance of most of the downtown sights. Highly recommended!!

This was my first time staying in a B&B and the Ancient City Inn was the perfect place. Beautiful, quiet and magical. The owners are extremely friendly and aim to please. We stayed in the Martha Lee room and did have an experience that was welcomed. We are already planning our next trip back and will be staying here.

we stayed in the martha lee room and i did have a gostly visit during the night it was very interesting scared me somewhat but we had a great time will and carri were great, and the breakfast was very nice, we would probably stay there again, but maybe in another room!

My boyfriend and I spent the past Thursday and Friday night in Martha Lee's room for our 1st anniversary. We were met by will as soon as we pulled into the driveway. He was friendly and helped us check in and get settled. Our room was awesome! So much character! Almost like staying in a museum of neat antiques. There was also a journal filled with experiences people before us staying in the room had occur. The main reason I was drawn to the ancient city in was because of it being "haunted" but the price was what solidified the deal for me. This was by far one of the best deals I found after countless hours of searching online for a reasonable play with character. Both mornings we received a basket outside our private entrance on the balcony with muffins, yogurt, bananas juice and coffee. Perfect way to wake up in the morning before heading out on a VERY short walk to all the excitement surrounding st. george street. My boyfriend and I also both received readings from Carri who is a psychic/medium and couldn't believe how "dead on" she was with it. Names we didn't recognize we later came to find (from family members) were important members of our families who had passed on generations before us. Very interesting! Also the things she said about our current lives were accurate and for our futures... promising! Thank you so much Carri and Will for a fantastic time! We will definitely be back in the future! I love staying at Ancient City Inn. The Innkeepers, Will and Carri are very friendly, helpful and wonderful hosts. The rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and the Inn is within walking distance of most of the downtown sights. Highly recommended!!

We stayed at the Ancient City Inn on the weekend following Thanksgiving. Our hosts, Will and Carri were very friendly and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. We stayed in the "Martha Lee" room, which is very quaint and has a lot of nice atmosphere in it. Very cozy. Carri is also a reknowned psychic medium and we had a reading done which was just amazing. Will and Carri just finished building the Fig Tree cottages that are directly behind the main house. They are very nice and Will and Carri are very proud of them. Next time we plan to stay in one of those. Our stay was as nice as it could be, and the inn is centrally located to attractions and good dining. We would highly recommend The Ancient City Inn to anyone who is looking for a nice, pleasant get away. We will definitely be returning. John and Patty Lakeland, Florida

If you want a lovely, cozy, clean, happy stay in St. Augustine, give Will and Carri a try. Their house is beautiful and friendly and the new Fig Tree Cottage...wow! My husband and I were lucky enough to spend our 1st year anniversary there in October and it was wonderful! So comfortable and quiet and beautifully decorated. Carri makes the best banana nut bread on Earth for breakfast too! You are a five minute walk to the heart of downtown, just park and go! The rooms in the Main House are lovely too, like staying at your favorite aunt's house!

We have been coming to see Will and Carri for over 7 years now. They are the hostess with the mostess!!! Will and Carri make you feel right at home. What is best is they are kid friendly. The rooms are wonderful, not to mention comfortable and spacious. Whenever we are in St. Augustine we always stay with Will and Carrie. Oh , if you love ghost hunting. You do not have to go far at all, they are right in the room with you.
