My college senior daughter and I visited for an early graduation trip. We stayed in the Graham room, everything was lovely! The private bathroom is down the hall and I admit I was concerned about the location, it worked out perfectly. Every detail was perfect, we couldn't have dreamed of more gracious accommodations or service. Every one we encountered there was delightful, the food plentiful and delicious. What a beautiful environment, thank you :)

Stayed 2 nights for my honeymoon. The service and amenities offered were top notch. Breakfast buffet both mornings were delicious and had a nice selection of food and beverages. Evening happy hour with small bites was just what we needed to unwind after a long day of site seeing. Lobby always had fresh water, tea and coffee. Our room was very clean and super cozy. Plenty of soap and towels were provided and there was a small bottle of sherry that my husband enjoyed before bed each night. The grounds were immaculate. This place is conveniently located, we left our car parked all weekend since we were able to walk or ride one of their complimentary bikes everywhere.

My wife and I have stayed at numerous B&B's over the years, but the St. Francis Inn rates as the most outstanding. The owner and staff love their work and take pride in seeing that customer satisfaction is the most important item.

If you want to get away from the cold and stereotype corporate chains, St. Francis is a must during your St. Augustine visit!! As the hotel is centuries old,it's beautiful maintained with 21 st century luxury!! The rooms are darling, very clean, accommodating and beautiful. As we optioned for the "Balcony Room' -all the rooms have names, no numbers, we had a view upon a cute little park, and could view the carriages(with horses) passing by. It's like taking a step back in time! The trolley you aboard to see the area is in walking distance, even with young children, and so is the "Oldest House". The city by night, with all its restaurants, bars, (ghost)tours, squares and parks is also at walking distance, this couldn't get any better! If you wish to hang around at night, you can relax in St. Francis' beautiful garden, with illumination and fire-pit. I wish both of my granddaughters could see this!! Everyone at the lobby was very accommodating, during every moment of our stay, and/or if you wish to book tours, or simple to share information with their guests. Don't miss the complementary wine (5:00 pm) St Francis came highly recommended to us from family friends, and I wish to do the same: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! Linda Vergison

We enjoyed a great visit at the St Francis Inn which offered a fantastic location, excellent accommodations, delicious meals and wonderful ambiance. The complimentary bikes provided the fantastic opportunity to explore St Augustine and sightsee around the town. The evening fire in the courtyard fire pit was a lovely treat and the complimentary desserts and coffee bar each evening were excellent. The single suggestion we have is for the staff to take better care of the plants inside the Inn. The potted plants in our room were limp and the soil was very dry, so we watered them during our stay. Other than that, our entire experience was awesome!

My wife and I loved the St Francis! Best B&B we have ever stayed in! Only problem was the dog in the room below! Barked and whined far too long!

We've stayed in almost every B&B in St. Augustine over the years, and the St. Francis is the best of some excellent establishments. If we don't stay with friends, we stay at the St. Francis. Perfectly located, quiet, excellent amenities. It's just the perfect place to stay in St. Augustine.
