Suntan Terrace

Been staying here for 10 years now. Cam has done a great job of updating the resort. Me and my wife spend a week as often as we can. The staff is great the sunsets to die for and we always meet the nicest people when we stay. Our favorite room is #1, but enjoy the other rooms as well. Jeff and Jennifer Pritchard Sarasota Fl

Are you looking for a laid back, hide away, equipped with magnificent sunsets and a beautiful beach? Then this is it. The staff knows exactly how to treat you. They never hover or push but are there with a smile for ANY thing you may need. If you are a traveling with a pet, as I was. You could not find a better place. Pets also allowed on the beach. I have spent many trips in the Florida Keys (Key west and other keys) and this place has them beat. I almost hate sharing this find with others. I want it all to myself.

Me and my husband recently stayed her just for a weekend to get some R&R. Great place! Nice rooms, love the tiki bar and hammocks on the beach :) Will definately be going again soon

Had a wonderful time. Lots of shark teeth, loved the tiki bar. This place has a family feeling. Everyone including the guests were friendly. Bring your four legged friend.

Great place to stay right on the beach at a reasonable price. Very friendly and accommodating. In area of mom & pop lodging only. One of few who will accept pets! Have been there many times.

Had a mom's night away with friends. This was a wonderful place, the rooms were clean, the people friendly and the beach was beautiful. Definitely a place I would recommend and will return to, next time with family.

Stayed overnight when recently in Venice for a wedding. Super nice little place. Didn't really get to enjoy much time there, but will definately go back for a much longer relaxing vacation in the near future.

Very accomidating and clean. I have stayed at Suntan Terrace several time over the years. The renovations are beautiful! I usually stay with just my spouse, this year I brought my 3 children. What a family memory. The pool was a welcome break from the gorgeous views and surf of the Gulf of Mexico. I also enjoyed meeting the other guest and their 4 legged family members at the Tiki Bar. I cant wait to get back!

Great place to stay when you want the total beach experience. Typical beach house enviornment. The staff was wonderful, especially Cindy who treated us as if she knew us for years. Will definetly be back. Thank you for a great time.

Nice little place with a nice beach. My only pet peeve was that my room was right beside the tiki bar. The first night there were a bunch of very loud people out there drinking but the rest of the nights were ok.

We stayed the week of July 4th and have also been several times in recent years. The remodeling recently done is great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful...also the Tiki Hut is great to meet others, play music and/or games. The pool is great, clean, and some toys are available. The beaches of course are awesome...we saw turtles, manatees, and even a baby shark. We plan to return next year and can't wait.

We visited Suntan Terrace week before the July 4th weekend and had the best vacation in years. We just love the old Florida feel. We stayed in unit we patio door facing the beach, so sand right at our feet. Suntan pool area very nice, roomy and clean, if you've got time to get in. Room was recently remodeled and I will say they used absolutely the best. The staff was without a doubt the friendliest around, even the maint guys always had a wave. Plenty to do within minutes away. We visited a couple of seafood joints within walking distance and they were great. Local shopping abounds, grocery just around the block, activites for all ages. I could go on but it suffices to say we would not hesitate to return. Mark/Indiana

We have stayed at SunTan Terrace numerous times. It is always such a wonderful experience. Cameron and his staff are always on hand and ready to assist in any way needed. The rooms are great....always clean and inviting. The property is literally right on the beach and there are hammocks and a horseshoe pit for our enjoyment. On the other side of the road where the bigger units are located the pool is always clean and a great place to gather for fun. The dockage is outstanding with easy access to open water. SunTan Terrace is our favorite place to go and we choose to return to Casey Key just to stay there instead of going to the more touristy and congested beaches. Casey Key has everything you could want on a beach vacation but not all the crowds. I would highly recommend SunTan Terrace. It is absolutely the perfect vacation inn.
