    Our condo is modern, minimalistic and so is our penthouse unit which has 1,800sf, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private rooftop terrace with gorgeous waterfront views, lounge chairs/tables and bbq grill. The condo offers heated bayfront pool & jacuzzi, gym, sauna and garage parking. It is located in between South Beach and Bal Harbour, off of Collins Ave & 65th Street and just 1 block to the beach. Please note the following: - our 3rd/guest room is the room you would be staying and our family which is composed of my husband, our 13 year old daughter and myself occupy the other 2 bedrooms. Our guest room which has a king size bed can accommodate 2 adults and if needed we can also accommodate 1 or 2 children age 10 and older in a very comfortable (down feather) sofa we have in our media room; - our rate for 2 people is $100, for 1 person (female only) is $80 and for each child $40 per day; - minimum stay is 2 nights; - Breakfast is "optional" and an additional $15 per person; - we do have a house cat, Sushi, who is very clean, quiet and well-behaved.

    Wilza (Brazilian) has a Bachelor's degree in Business and is a Realtor with The Jills (#1 team in Florida and in North America, according to the Wall St. Journal) at Coldwell Banker R.E. Her husband Klaus (Austrian) has a Master's in Economics and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant. Their daughter Dominique is 13 and is in 7th grade at an art charter school. We love entertaining, walking/going to the beach, bike riding, working out, reading, etc...
