    Our condo is modern, minimalistic and so is our penthouse unit which has 1,800sf, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private rooftop terrace with gorgeous waterfront views, lounge chairs, tables and bbq grill. The condo offers heated bayfront pool & jacuzzi, gym, sauna and 1 garage parking for our guests. It is located in between South Beach and Bal Harbour, off of Collins Ave & 65th Street and just 1 block to the beach. Please note the following important information: - our 3rd/guest room is the room you would be staying and our family which is composed of my husband, our 13 year old daughter and myself occupy the other 2 bedrooms. This room has a king size bed and can accommodate 2 adults and there is a full bathroom right next to it which will be for your own exclusive use; - our nightly rate for 2 people is $100 and for 1 person (female only!) $100; - we will provide you with a key to the house so that you can come in and out as you please; - the only things we don't allow in the house is the use of drugs and smoking but you can smoke outside in our rooftop terrace if you wish; - minimum stay is 2 nights; - breakfast is optional and an additional $10 per person, however, there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries within walking distance; - we do have a house cat, Sushi, who is very clean, quiet and well-behaved.     I decided to take a trip to Miami to get away from the cold weather from up North. I was a little nervous traveling alone as a single girl, but upon meeting Wilza and arriving at the condo I felt very much at ease. She is very personable and such a gracious host. Wilza is also very knowledgeable of the area and was able to recommend different places to visit and eat. The condo has an amazing view of the beach on one side and the canal on the other. The view from the room was also pretty spectacular. The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. Loved my stay here!

    Best Decision!

    The family is the sweetest. Since we were a big group, they offered us their entire house for 7days and were allowed to use everything. The location of this place is perfect; not too far from the crazy south beach area and at the same time walking distance to a calm and cleaner beach with lots of restaurants around. Totally worth the price we paid. Also, the pictures don't really do justice. It crossed my expectation way beyond.

    Miami Gem!

    Wilza's condo was the perfect place for the two of us to stay during Art Basel. Located away from the crazy hustle and bustle but close enough for easy access. Wilza's place was well kept and very clean. She was such a gracious host and very helpful in recommending places to eat and what not. Having a private parking spot was such a treat considering that anytime we wanted to park our car during this crazy week would cost $20+. A highly recommended place at a really great price point. Would gladly stay there again!

    Road Warrior Heaven

    I travel frequently for work, and sometimes I get tired of staying in cold, lonely hotels that all start to feel the same after a while no matter what city you're in. Staying at the penthouse with the lovely Wilza and her wonderful family was an absolute treat. The accommodations were superb and the home, amenities, and view are beautiful. The location was ideal- close to the beach and right off a main strip. It was a quick drive to anywhere worth going, but mass transit and cycling options were also available and convenient. From the beginning, I treated like an honored guest and invited to dinner and social engagements with the family. As a single female business traveler, this was a most welcome alternative to heading out to a bar and I saw a local side of Miami Beach I would not have otherwise. All in all, staying at the Penthouse made my first trip to Miami Beach a special one and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

    Beautiful Miami City View & Excellent Hosts, Highly Recommended!

    I visited Miami with my best friend for my 30th Birthday and stayed in Wilza's fabulous Condo. The city view was absolutely gorgeous and truly memorable. The hosts were very helpful, pleasant and very considerate. The guest room and bathroom were in excellent condition, clean, neat with contemporary furnishings. We had a wonderful stay would definitely do it agan.

    I stayed in Miami at Wilza's apartment over the Memorial Day weekend this year. The reason for my visit was to have a girl's beach weekend trip and to celebrate my best friend's 30th birthday. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Wilza's condo is beautiful - modern, clean, spacious - and it is right in the center of Miami Beach. Public transportation is steps away and will take you directly to South Beach (10min drive). In addition, Wilza and her family were wonderful hosts - offering advice on places to visit, directions when we needed them, and even allowing us to share there private parking space in the condo. The beach in Miami will take your breath away and staying at this condo will ensure you want to return!! :)

    Beyond B&B

    Located north of the noisy bustle of SOBE, this Penthouse was the perfect retreat for us after a hectic business convention at the AA arena during the first week in Feb 2012. We looked out out balcony to the sun rising in the East, and late in the day watched it set over the intracoastal just west of the condo. Although the guest room is a tad small, it has a gorgeous bathroom which is conveniently right outside. Had we not been so busy we would have used the rooftop tub. Along with the spectacular westerly view, this is a great luxury feature. If you worship the sun just go upstairs and lie on the roof -- no need to trek 3 blocks to the beach! This "home away from home" is also easily accessible sans car, because all the muni bus lines run right past going north and south. So if you want to hang out in SOBE or eat at the plaza at Lincoln Road, no hay problema. Wilza and Klaus are so personable and accommodating that the feeling of being warmly welcome morphed into feeling like family by the time we left. Fine hosts, great value, and excellent location.
