We have a large private, Spanish, Mediterranean, Art Deco home built in the 20's with a wonderful tropical, palm tree shaded garden, swimming pool, deck, sauna, jacuzzi,located on Miami Beach. Private Patio with BBQ, tables and chairs, umbrellas on the pool deck and a wet bar near the BBQ. Your delightful cottage is a spacious one bedroom, with a king size or two twin beds, a bright living room/kitchen combination.Leather Queen size sofabed in living room is very comfortable and sleeps two. Loaded Direct T.V., WiFi. A lovely tropical fruit basket upon arrival. Parking. Security Gates.
Walk to beach Lincoln Road, Bass Art Museum, Miami Beach Convention Center, theaters, and several restaurants nearby.
Close to I95 and all Miami attractions, Bass Museum, Bayside Marketplace, Seaquarium, Parrot Jungle, Vizcaya, and downtown Miami.

From airport take airport expressway east to 195 towards Miami Beach. Keep driving towards Miami Beach. Once over the east bridge stay left the expressway becomes Arthur Godfrey Road. Stay on Arthur Godfrey road and drive about six traffic lights to Praire ave. CVS pharmacy will be on the right. Make right turn and drive four blocks and 3436 is on the right hand side.
Driving from 95 south get off at the 195 exit east to Miami Beach and follow direction above. - Nearest major airport: Miami, FL (MIA) 9 miles
