      Notice of cancellations or shortened stays must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival to qualify for a deposit refund. Reservations for 15 day (or longer) stays require 35 days notice to qualify for an otherwise non-conditional refund of your deposit. Reservations cancelled within the 28 (Or 35) day window will still be refunded, provided we are able to re-rent the room, but are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
