My husband and I stayed here for two nights a couple weeks ago to celebrate his birthday and enjoyed our stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. I asked Dave and Marcia to make up a birthday basket of healthy snacks as a birthday gift and they did a wonderful job. They even included a birthday card for me - from me. Our room and bathroom were on the small side but very clean and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme. It included a small refrigerator too. The inn was full, and other houses are close by, but our room was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was great and included a delicious variety of fruit and pastries among other things. Parking on the street could have been a problem, but they parked their own vehicle in a spot awaiting our arrival. Once we unloaded, they moved their vehicle and had us park in their spot. Their location is right off one end of Duval Street so we were able to easily walk to wherever we wanted to go and left our car parked all weekend. I believe they have bicycles available too but we didn't make use of them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

    very pleasant

We stayed for 3 nights in the beginning of October and exceeded our expectations. We chose the place because is very central and allows dogs. Pumpkin our Chihuahua was very happy too.Our room and shower room was a little small but very clean. The only inconvenience is the struggle to find a parking space in front of the inn. Once a space is found live the vehicle and rent one of the small electric cars for a day. They are reasonable priced and we enjoyed them. The owners and the other 2 employees are very nice and friendly. Good breakfast too. Unfortunately they don't accept the B&B cards. We had one given as a present and use at other inns. We'll come again

First B&B we ever stayed at

The Seacape is a wonderful, quaint B&B with lots of charm. The price is just right, breakfast is good, and owners are great. I love the location! Its perfect to go to either end of Duvall street without having to walk too far in either direction. Since staying here we always look for B&B's when traveling. We have actually now stayed at the Seascape 2 times and would stay again and again. Only thing that is a little negative is the surrounding properties are on the run down side. Parking can be a pain but that is just about anywhere you stay in KW.

    paradise!

I had a wonderful 7-day stay in the Seascape, An Inn! The rooms are spacious and clean. The owners are two warmhearted people who give great advise and suggestions (if you want it) about where to dine, what to see... They also help make reservations. The breakfasts are wonderful. You have a choice of cereals, bagels, English muffins, pancakes, wafles, coffee, tea, orange juice, sparkling wine! The courtyard has a Jacuzzi, and is very peaceful. The place is close to the main street (Duval street). There'z wireless internet. Everything is within walking disctance.
