The Lake House is a restored 1930's Fishing and Hunting Lodge, tucked away on Big Lake Henderson.
Our five guest rooms each with a private bathroom and television have been individually decorated. They can accommodate anyone from couples looking for a romantic weekend away, families searching for adventure or just an opportunity to relax and unwind.
The Lake House is located just outside Historic Downtown Inverness and only minutes away from the Withlacoochee State Trail, for those of you that enjoy biking. Inverness is surrounded by numerous lakes that are perfect for fishing, boating and water-skiing. The area also boasts many superb golf courses and the World Famous Manatees.
The Lake House is situated on one and a half acres and offers on-site parking.
An full breakfast featuring homemade breads, fresh fruit and a breakfast entree is served daily between 8 AM and 10 AM. Eat inside or out on the patio, the choice is yours!
Guests are always welcome to share a cup of tea or glass of wine.

Two days before arrival your credit card will be charged in full for your entire stay. Any cancellations after this time will only be credited if the room is re-booked for your entire stay.
For rooms booked on holiday or special event weekends a seven day cancellation policy is enforced. Your credit card will be charged seven days prior to your arrival and any cancellations after this time will only be credited if the room is re-booked for your entire stay.
A $10 processing fee is deducted from all refunds
