    Now in our 11th year of operation, this Victorian “Painted Lady”is where you’ll want to stay whenever you visit Gainesville! Our bedchambers feature premium amenities, elegant linens and fireside-served three-course breakfasts presented in a friendly, family atmosphere. Rates range from $125 to $199 per evening. Come enjoy our spotless Inn and carefully maintained gardens! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with lighted off-street parking. We feature Ultra hydro-therapy tubs, Tempur-Pedic beds and (always!) very high speed free wireless Internet access. Did we mention that we operate in an Eco-friendly manner? Wake up to the amazing aromas of a gourmet breakfast served by the fireside and full-bodied Strongtree organic coffee. Join us for complimentary beverages served from 5-6 PM each evening.     Monta and Peggy are High School sweethearts who were both raised in Bucks County, PA. We have two beautiful daughters (both UF grads!) and are proud to have been able to resurrect this property. Our sole interest is to make your stays in Gainesville comfortable, luxurious and a joy!

    • Minimum Stay: On all UF home football weekends, graduations and during events.

    • Deposit Amount Required: NO deposit required. We require VISA or MasterCard information to confirm your reservation.

    • Cancellations: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly! A $25 Cancellation Processing Fee will be charged for all cancellations. $50 on event weekends. Cancellations made 11 or more days before your arrival date will not be charged for lodging. Cancellations 10 days or less before your arrival date will result in the issuance of a gift certificate of like value which may be used within 60 days, assuming availability. The notification period for UF home football weekends, graduations and special events is 30 days. Early departures fall within our cancellation policy. Please remember, a reservation confirmation is a commitment by us as well as by you!

      From South Florida: Take Turnpike to the end and continue north on I-75. Exit at the first Gainesville exit (#382). Head east on Williston Rd/Fl 331. Turn left onto SW 13th St/US 441 and proceed north to SW Second Ave. Turn right and head into downtown Gainsville. Continue over Main St to flashing signal at SE Seventh St. Turn right, go 100 ft to Inn on Left. Our address is 221 SE Seventh St. From Jacksonville: Take I-295 South to I-10 West. Take US 301 South to Waldo (PLEASE OBSERVE SPEED LIMITS!!!) At Waldo, bear right onto FL 24 and continue to Gainesville (23 mi.) Continue to East University Ave (FL 26), turn right and proceed west to East Seventh St (second traffic signal). Turn left onto SE Seventh St and proceed through the intersection at SE Second Ave. We're 100 feet south on the left. From the West and North: Hop off I-75 at exit #399 and proceed south on US 441 to Gainesville. Pass University Ave and turn left/east onto SW Second Ave. Proceed past Main St to SE Seventh St (approx 20 blocks) and turn right. We're 100 feet on left at 221 SE Seventh St.

      Upon exiting the airport (onto NE 39th Ave) turn right (west) and go one mile to the first traffic light at the Waldo/Williston Road (FL 24).
