All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 admisitrative fee.
All cancellations that occur after our notification policy will be penalized a 25 % fee (plus tax) of your total reservation. This penalty will be charged to your credit card. All cancellations require a written notification by fax or e-mail to Beach Place Guesthouses.

Stay from 2 to 14 nights requires 15 day written notice prior to your arrival date.
Stay from 15 days and over require a 30 day written notice prior to your arrival date.
All major holidays and special events require a 30 day written notice prior to your arrival date.
