  One nights stay or 50% of total stay is required as deposit at least 30 days prior to reservation.

  Guests canceling within 14 days of arrival will be charged one half of the intended stay or one night, whichever is greater, unless your cabin can be rebooked. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay, unless your cabin can be rebooked. Fiddler's Roost cannot be responsible for inclement weather, illness, etc. Your cabin has been blocked for the number of nights on the reservation, we cannot issue a refund for late arrivals or early departures.
