Bring good walking shoes for the nature trails and/or shopping the historic town of Nacogdoches. Fair Breeze Cottage offers guests perfect relaxation and get away from the demands of everyday life.

    Wake up to see our three friends (Cocoa Puff, Milo, and Skip) eating their breakfast in the meadow in front of the cottage. P.S. They love carrots.

    Enjoy a good soak in the bathtub jacuzzi while gazing out the window at nature.

    Situado bajo una arboleda de Nogales con vistas de 46 hectáreas, Feria de brisa de cama y desayuno es una cabaña con encanto y nostálgica que es totalmente amueblada. Un retiro tranquilo y romántico, la cabaña ofrece una cama, futon, TV-VCR, wi-fi, satélite, Jacuzzi, fauna y senderos. Lago y campo de Golf cercano. Muchos de nuestros huéspedes disfrutan no sólo sentado en el porche frontal teniendo en sunrise, sunset, Luna y estrella mirando, pero también pasear las calles de ladrillo de Nacogdoches histórico y compras en el pintoresco barrio centro.

    This is a great place. Stayed there in July and the weather was absolutely perfect. The cabin is very cozy. Loved it. The property is beautiful- green - green - green everywhere, just what we wanted. The owners were great.

    If you want a quite, peaceful, serene place to go and get away from your busy life, this is the place. Cute cabin and the porch with rockers had a beautiful view. My best friend and I had a girl's weekend. A little R & R and a little shopping. And Christie the owner was so nice, we felt like we had known her for ever. We can't wait to go back!

    Quiet, peacefulness, and beauty. What a sweet stay for us as we enjoyed this precious cabin and beauty that surrounds it. Thank you Christie and Stan for creating such a "sweet haven" and giving us a the gift of a much needed rest. We will be back!!! Teresa and Keith from Houston :)

    My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful setting here. "Fair Breeze" is an apt name, as the breeze gently flowed through the cabin throughout our stay. Thank you, Cooks, for sharing what God has graced your with - not just the peaceful, pastoral setting, but the kindess of heart and openess with which you relate.     Fair Breeze Cottage

    Fair Breeze Bed and Breakfast is a charming and nostalgic cottage that is completely furnished. A quiet and romantic retreat, the cottage offers guests a queen size bed, love seat sofa that folds out into a twin bed, TV-VCR, Wi Fi, DVD player, private bath (bathtub jacuzzi and shower). The kitchen is furnished with basic cooking utensils, microwave, small fridge, small oven and stove, and coffee maker. The front porch overlooks a valley of 46 acres and most guests take advantage of watching the wildlife, sunrise, sunsets, moon and stars.

    Great Secluded Cottage

    This is a great place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing time away from day-to-day busy life. We had a great time and liked the fact that it was the only cottage. We hiked the nature trails and sat on the front porch and watched a lightning storm. We will definitely be back.

    A Slice of Heaven!

    What a PHENOMENAL recharge weekend! Arrived Friday afternoon and enjoyed the rain falling softly on the tin roof accompanied by birds singing praise - a perfect way to usher in the weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the porch! The wooded trails are wide and well maintained - even after the rain the trails were easy to navigate - an adventure nature lovers and novices must experience. The cottage was very clean and definitely met all my needs. Stan and Christie (owners) were readily available, but provide complete privacy for their guests. The property is close to town, so you're only minutes away if you're in the mood to eat out, shop, or enjoy the sites. Bountiful blessings - I will definitely return for another visit!!!!!
