    Welcome to Homestead at the Dripping Springs. This charming bed and breakfast, located in downtown Dripping Springs, Texas, the gateway to the Hill Country, is ideally located near popular local attractions but offers the relaxation and privacy of four acres. The Homestead is a recorded Texas historic landmark with a rich and fascinating history, but all the modern amenities done in a warm and welcoming Hill Country style. Relax on the porch with a cup of coffee, or enjoy your complimentary breakfast of pastries from our local baker under the shade of a giant oak, the dramatic center to a 19th Century rock corral. For the more adventurous sort, a washer pitching pit and rock steps to the dripping springs await your play and discovery.

    Two stays and looking forward to a third.

    We have stayed here 2 different times and are looking forward to some more yummy homemade bread and a 3rd stay this Christmas. Peaceful, clean and comfortable. Staying within the walls of some Texas history is a real treat.

    My husband and I have travel many places and stayed at five star hotels ( London, France most of Europe) But the recent visit to DrippingSprings, Texas - was a wonderful treat! Great Mexican Food, Mrs.Sherry (one the owner's) baked us fresh loafs of bread each morning. Talk about room service! Her husband Mr.Charlie is a retired teacher and he told not just me about the history of the house but about the lovely little town. Plus it made us feel

    Thanksgiving Getaway

    We had the best time staying here over Thanksgiving. The house was so clean and the size was perfect for us. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful to us! This place is a treasure for Dripping Springs! We will be back!
