  • Cada habitación es espaciosa con su propia entrada y baño completo. Cada habitación tiene un tema de decoración diferente.
    Vienen a ver el árbol de ciprés calvo tercera más grande en Texas, aproximadamente 860 años y medidas 29 pies alrededor.
    El desayuno se sirve aquí en las mañanas y huéspedes pueden venir durante el día y noche para sentarse y visitar o jugar a juegos como una familia.

    Cama y desayuno Lodge con 10 acres en el río Sabinal, aproximadamente 1500 pies de fachada de río. Doce habitaciones: 4 con rey cama, 8 con 2 camas dobles. Cada habitación tiene entrada privada, baño privado, TV a color, calor y aire acondicionado. Divertido que hacer: pesca, tubos, vida silvestre y observación de aves, fireflys en la primavera y el otoño, rocas y caza de driftwood, intervasculares de barbacoa y mesas de picnic, piscina y jacuzzi, paz y tranquilidad.

    Wonderful place --- website does not do it justice!

    What a wonderful place to have discovered!! My husband and I made last minute reservation for our 32nd anniversary weekend. Let me tell you --- we are very happy they had a room available. The staff was awesome, the scenery amazing, and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the Laurel Tree and came back to enjoy the hot tub on a cool evening. Will definitely be back and will tell all our friends and family:) Oh, forgot to mention the delicious breakfast --- just like home.

    Many Visits....

    Tom and I have been visiting Utopia on the River for many years and have seen this wonderful bed and breakfast grow into a delightful getaway. In the past we have arranged for our church group to hold a retreat and we received great hospitality. Karyn and her team were very accommodating to the needs of our group. My husband and I make it a point to go once a year. The beds and linens are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is diverse with more than enough and the views of the hummingbirds, deer and river are peaceful. We like to eat dinner at Fiddlesticks and lunch the next day at Lost Maples Inn. There is antique shopping and fishing right there in Utopia and a great day of hiking 20 min up the road at Lost Maples Park. Schedule a visit today!!! Tom and Lana Sutherland

    Like Staying with Family

    Our party of five adults stayed last week-end. I was so surprised to find such a clean and attractive inn . Check in and out was fast and effortless. The owners and staff could not have been more attentive. Parking was very convenient. The property is lovely, even in winter. We all enjoyed watching the deer feed at 8am and 5pm.daily. The hot tub was nice and the logoon pool is pretty. The room we had had a big walk-in shower similar to ours at home. The bed and pillows were comfortable and seemed new. There was too much light coming into our room from outside lighting. I know the lighting was for safety but it did interfere with my sleep. Next time I'll bring my sleep mask. We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts. I'll have to bring my own coffee maker next time because I like it really strong,but no big deal. All told we had a delightful time. The area has some fun activities like Love Creek Apple Orchard and The Lone Star Motorcycle Museum.

    Great weekend away! Staff, Breakfast great - very relaxing in the hot tub in the stars at night. Great hikes at Lost Maples Park. We appreciated wifi access since our cells only worked on the way to Sabinal.

    Weekend Oasis

    This was a most relaxing weekend. You can do as much or as little as you want. The rooms are great, the breakfast is delicious, and the scenery is inspiring. You can walk, explore the river behind the hotel, or visit one of the many eating places in the area. I can't wait to return.

    We stayed 2 nights and loved it! The staff treated us like family! The grounds around the lodge are just beautiful with large very old trees and plenty of wildlife running around to view! The breakfast is great!

    A great get-away!

    What an excellent place for a get away to the beautiful Hill Country in Texas. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The workout room /fitness center was provided by God! We saw so much wildlife in the area and really enjoyed our morning breakfasts generously provided by Cheryl and Karyn. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We plan to tell our friends.

    Argyle Lady Loves UOTR!!

    We just stayed again and we will stay again and again. Kayrn spoils us all with the most delicious breakfast ever and each day it is different and special. We use the great room for getting together and playing games in the evening. We stroll the grounds and snap pictures of the deer feeding. A very special place for R&R
