The White Oak is a very unique;room and offers a queen size antique
oak bed, sunken sitting area overlooking
the 150 year old white oak tree in the front yard.Unwind and get comfortable with your newest book or perhaps watching a movie on the large 37" TV is more to your liking, we have a large selection of DVD to chose from.Relax in the 6 ft. claw foot tub before bed. (this room does not have a shower)
Perhaps you'd like to relax in the 6 ft. claw foot tub sipping a cup of herbal tea before bed. The White Oak bathroom now includes a shower for the tub.
The Mardi Gras Room has a Queen size bed with a sitting area just waiting for you to relax and pour yourself a glass of wine. During the cooler months cozy up with the gas fireplace in the room. The private bath has plenty of room with a claw foot tub and antique shower and pedestal sink.
Mardi Gras's private bathroom offers everything you'd want to unwind in a bubble bath or take a shower instead.
Southern Charm Room offers a king size bed, balcony with table and chairs, a gas fireplace, stained glass throughout the room, private bath with large clawfoot tub and separate shower.
Open a bottle of wine and have a cheese plate in the privacy of your own petite balcony off the Southern Charm room.
Southern Charm's bathroom is large enough to offer both a comfortable clawfoot tub and a separate shower.
The front porch is a refreshing place to sit listen to the birds and drink in that morning cup of coffee.

Loved our stay with Tammy and Dave at White Oak Manor. I am allergic to fragrances, and WOM was the one place out of seven where we stayed that I could actually breathe -- even though others said their rooms were fragrance-free. Room clean, lovely, comfortable. Street and "Old Town" quite charming. We took a long lazy walk around the town.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the White Oak Manor. The rooms, breakfast, atmosphere, and owners far exceeded our every expectation. We stayed in the Southern Charm room for two days and it was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. You can tell immediately that the owners have thought of every need or desire you might have. Besides having easily accessible wifi, they also have cold beverages, popcorn, delicious sweet treats, and coffee available for every guest. We throughly enjoyed having our own balcony and footed tub in our room. Many bed and breakfasts have nice amenities, but nothing beats the amazing service Tammy and Dave provided. We felt more like family staying the night then paying guests. Tammy was more than happy to take pictures of my husband and I out front and the breakfast her and Dave provided was 5 star quality. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and it was great! Rooms were cozy, breakfast great (especially the German pancakes) and nice Christmas festivities. There was a Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday night. We did the Christmas train ride on Saturday night. Antique shopping was nice. Definitely love the feel of an old house with creeky floors. Would recommend!

The Bed and Breakfast was really cute and very clean. As in a lot of B&B's you could hear the noise from the room next door. Tammy and Dave were very nice and accomodating. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to a friend.

Dave and Tammy gave us a perfect weekend. Their home is immaculate and our room was comfortable and cozy! Breakfast was the highlight of the day! Dave is an amazing chef and Tammy's cookies were delicious. We were truly spoiled and Dave and Tammy did everything they could to make us feel at home and make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to visiting Jefferson and the White Oak Manor again soon!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at tbe White Oak Manor on a lovely fall weekend. The "Southern Charm" room complete with a private bath and balcony was nicely decorated and spotless. The room had all the amenities with a wide-screen TV, small fridge, and even a fireplace. The gourmet Breakfast was fabulous --we had Vegetable Quiche one morning and a German Pancake the next. Dave and Tammy are friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Will we go back? Most definitely. Sandi & Lyle, McKinney, TX

WOW! is all I can say. Charming, quaint, but with all the modern comforts of home! Tammy and David are attentive but not overbearing. The breakfast was exquisite with servings big enough to satisfy me through the afternoon. My room (Mardi Gras) was tidy, spacious and the bathroom was full of all the amenities a traveling gal would need. I will definitely stay again! Thank you Dave & Tammy!

We loved our stay at White Oak, for in the tub you can soak, there's breakfast just for me, DVDs and HDTV, and it wont make you go broke!
