"We had just come through a stressful 2 months dealing with a family crisis and needed a getaway that would allow us to do absolutely nothing. The first place that we thought of was the Chestnut Inn in Sheffield. We had been there last year and appreciated the slow pace atmosphere of the community and the high quality of accommodations and food that we found there. It was refreshing to know that Monika and Jeff had remembered us from our first visit. It was like coming to visit relatives. We had the freedom to be alone or to visit with them. They are very genuine people who are very detail oriented in their service to their guests."
