"My wife and I just spent our anniversary weekend at the Bee & Thistle and could not have been happier. Our hosts Lynn and Michael were fantastic, and while Lynn may claim she is not a professional chef don't let her humility deceive you, she prepared some of the most fantastic breakfasts I have ever had. In fact both days that we stayed I ended up skipping lunch due to the size (and wonderful taste!) of the breakfasts. On our last day of our stay we got to spend a minute chatting with Lynn and Michael and it was wonderful meeting them, everything about our stay was wonderful and I can't wait for an opportunity to go back."
