       A deposit of one nights stay per room plus tax is required at time of making reservation.

       Cancellation of your reservation must be made no less than 14 days in advance of your stay. To receive a full refund. Less than 14 days notice of cancellation and you will only be charged a $25.00 processing fee with the remaining balance refunded to you.There is no refund for an early departure. In the event of an emergency, a voucher gift certificate for partial or full duration of the stay will be given to you.
