  1 quart Kitchen Kettle Corn Relish

• 

  2 cups dried black beans

• 

  1 red pepper, diced

• 

  1/2 cup olive oil

• 

  1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

• 

  1/2 cup lemon juice

• 

  2 tablespoons dried cilantro

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
