Rosemary Cream Cheese Eggs: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  4 Eggs

• 

  3 Fresh Rosemary sprigs

• 

  1/4 cup Cream

• 

  2 Canadian bacon

• 

  4 tablespoons Cream cheese

Step 1:

Cut up canadian bacon into small pieces,place in oiled skillet.

Step 2:

Snip off rosemary sprigs into skillet.

Step 3:

Whip the eggs with the cream and pour into skillet.

Step 4:

Scramble till nearly done turning often.

Step 5:

Place cream cheese by the tablespoon into eggs and cook slowly till it is melted. Serve hot with fruit and biscuits.
