Hot Fudge Sunday Bread: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/3 cups brown sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 2/3 cup butter

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

  • 4 mashed bananas

Step 1:

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, nuts, and chocolate chips.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl mix mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.

Step 3:

Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour liquid in. Mix ingredients so all is moist (some lumps ok).

Step 4:

Pour into loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
