JAMAICAN STYLE JERK CHICKEN: Main Dish

Ingredients:

• 

  WHOLE CHICKEN CHICKEN

• 

  1/2 LIME

• 

  2 tablespoons JERK SEASONING

• 

  2 ml COOKING OIL

Step 1:

Rub chicken with lime. Mix Jerk Seasoning or Marinade with oil then rum mixture into chicken halves and marinate overnight for best results

Step 2:

Grill or bake slowly in a moderate oven until done (about 45 minutes).

Step 3:
