Ouick and Easy Scones: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  2 cups Bisquick or any other pack of biscuit mix.

• 

  1/2 cup Milk or half and half,

• 

  1 cup dried cranberrry, either original, orange or cherry (Ocean Spray is the best)

• 

  1/2 cup Sugar

• 

  3 tablespoon Cinnamon/sugar

• 

  2 tablespoons melted butter

Step 1:

Take two cups Bisquick or a biscuit mix.

Step 2:

Add 1/2 cup half and half or whole milk,

Step 3:

add about one cup dried cranberries,

Step 4:

and 1/2 cup sugar.

Step 5:

Mix well and drop by tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Makes about 4 large - 6 medium. Bake at 375 for about 10. When they are starting to brown, us a pastry brush and lightly coat with butter. Then sprinkle a light dusting of cinnamon sugar on top and bake for about 5 minutes more until they are golden brown. Serve warm with butter and jam.
